Investor Information
We thank you for your interest in and continued support of Mallcom Corp. Presently, Mallcom Corp. is a privately-held company owned by the Company's founder. As a result, Mallcom Corp. shares are not available for sale to the general public. In addition, federal and state securities laws prohibit us from offering our stock to the general public until we have filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

We hope to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and conduct a public offering sometime in the future. However, we can provide no assurances that we will conduct an IPO and we are unable to comment at this time about the timing or any specifics of an IPO. In the event we file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission and commence an IPO, we will issue a press release to notify the general public. At that time, you may contact your broker or financial advisor about our stock.

When you place an order with Mallcom, Corp. , we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mallcom, Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mallcom, Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mallcom, Corp. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mallcom, Corp. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Mallcom, Corp. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Mallcom, Corp. is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters or wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Mallcom, Corp. .

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, and MasterCard,. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Mallcom, Corp. . Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, &Personal Checks - Mallcom, Inc accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10-15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Mallcom, Inc cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy

You will be charged %20 off the retail price for any shipment that is refused. Mallcom, Inc does not ship on Sunday. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Calculating Ship Times

The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the products availability plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select. Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on Sundays.

Sales Taxes

Mallcom, Corp. shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy

Products may be returned to Mallcom, Corp. for replacement or refund in the following manner:

Returns for videos, cds or dvds to Mallcom, Corp. must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number (RA#). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. The RA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product you do not need an RA #, just return with a note and we will replace it. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. All product returns from the Mallcom, Corp. stores must be sent to the following address: Mallcom, Corp. Receiving, 7 Mayflower Place, Floral Park, NY 11001-1803.

We will not accept any returns of our toy products. We will only exchange a defective item with the same exact item given it was returned within 30 days of the invoice date. This is in compliance with regulations from the New York State Deptartment of Health.

Service and Support

All requests for technical service and support may be made directly to Mallcom, Corp. . If we are not able to assist you we will try to refer you to the manufacture's technical support.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Mallcom, Corp. shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Mallcom, Corp. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Nassau County New York.
