Discretion
How will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped in sealed packages. There is absolutely no indications
on the packaging that the contents are adult goods. The return address
is labeled as Mallcom Corp. , not as the adult website url.
What will the charge look like on my credit card?
The charge will be labeled as Mallcom Corp. . There will be no indication
that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement. In
the event someone calls us in reference to a charge we do not disclose
the details of the nature of the charge unless we feel certain it is the
customer that has placed the purchase. The only exception to this policy
is when handling calls from Visa/MasterCard's Internet Fraud Dept. We
are required to disclose full information to them under our credit card
vendor license agreement to assist them in their fraud prevention pursuits.
Will I be put on a mailing list and receive e-mail or mail promotions?
When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address,
credit card information, address, and phone number. We use this information
to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize
your shopping experience. So no , don't expect any e-mails or mail from
us unless it is concerning a recent order of yours.
Will you sell my contact information to another company?
We are a going concern or we have been in business for countless years
and plan to be in business for many more. We feel selling customer information
is in direct conflict with this company goal. Further in order to most
efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by a reputable
third-party banking institution. They receive the information needed to
verify and authorize your credit card and to process your order. They
are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
Can I have a catalogue mailed to me?
We do not mail catalogues. The only public catalogue is the online one.
It would be rather contradictory to not mail promotion mail and e-mail,
but to mail catalogues. We have not shipped catalogues since late 1994.
If you receive any catalogues in the mail they were not sent by us.
USA Order
Has my order shipped?
We do our best to ship all orders within a few hours of receipt. Please
note all the warehouses are closed on Sunday. All Shipments are subject
to stock availability.
How do I track my order?
We can only track orders internally. You can learn the whereabouts of
your order by contacting CustomerService@mallcom.com . Please provide
your order number . We hope to offer public online tracking of orders
by the second quarter of 2001. Please be patient with us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and Handling costs for U.S. orders are a standard $3.95 for the
first item and $2.50 for each additional item.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
We are required to collect Sales Taxes and remit such collections to the
New York State Sales Tax Commission from all New York State residents
. If you are not a resident of New York State you should not pay Sales
Taxes to us.
Backorders
When will my backorder arrive?
We stock considerable overstock to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In
addition our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately
Back-orders are highly dependent on the producers. As is such a backorder
could be (at worst) as late as 3-4 weeks after order placement. To console
you , our numbers show that less than 1 in 100 orders have a backordered
item .
Will you e-mail me regarding a backorder?
We will e-mail you regarding a back-order. To ensure discreetness and
your privacy we will only refer to the item code and not the title. You
will then be expected to reply to the email indicating whether you would
like to wait for your item or whether you would like a substitution to
be shipped immediately.

How do I create an account to avoid re-tying in my information every
time I order?
For security reasons we do not keep customer online accounts. We feel
that offering customers the option to create online accounts, may be convenient,
but it also create the threat of malicious people trying to hack/steal
such information from our web servers. As is such your information must
be retyped on each order. Customers have repeatedly asked for this service.
We are looking into the option of enabling the use of the various mainstream
wallet programs with our store, so as to allow customers the avoidance
of redundant retyping of their information as well as not storing such
information on the internet. We will give public notice on our website
news section , when this option is available.

How do I get my CD to work on my computer?
A video on CD-ROM is a form of recording media. It allows full motion
video as well as audio to be stored into a CD size disc. The movie CD's
can be played back on:
Pentium based PC's (133 Mhz + recommended) with MS ActiveMovie or similar
MPEG software)
This type of software comes pre-installed on almost every new computer
for the year or two (if not longer)
486 PC's equipped with a dedicated MPEG Hardware Card
Power MACS with Apple QuickTime 2.5 or MPEG player
A video CD is not the same as a DVD. However it will play on a DVD-ROM
player. Just as any CD-ROM would. If you need help getting a Vivid CD-ROM
to run you can download the QuickTime for Windows Repair Disk (qtfixnow.exe
- 379 KB). If this doesn't help, call Vivid Video's technical line at
818-908-9663.
A Video CD requires a MPEG player to be installed on your computer,
while a regular CD-ROM requires QuickTime.
If you need to, be sure to download the latest version of QuickTime
Windows 3.1: qt16.exe - 203 KB
Windows 95: qt32.exe - 205 KB
Macintosh: mac_qt25.hqx
How do I get my DVD to work on my computer?
Certain titles have conflict problems with particular drives. This is
more of an issue with the drive manufacturer than with the company that
makes the title. Usually, the problem comes from a driver, which is the
programming that recognizes the disk in the drive and transfers the data
to your computer. Drive manufacturers are constantly discovering driver
problems and frequently post updated drivers on their Web sites. These
are easily downloaded and installed on your computer. If not, contact
your drive manufacturer and alert them to the problem. Chances are, they
will have an updated driver created to correct the problem in very little
time.
